Cancellation Policy
Before Consultation
You may cancel your scheduled consultation and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. You may reschedule your consultation at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be accommodated based on availability.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds
Full refunds are provided in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation with 48+ hours notice before scheduled consultation
- Service unavailability on our end
- Technical issues preventing the consultation from taking place
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if you are not satisfied with the consultation service. Please contact us within 7 days of your consultation to discuss your concerns. Each case will be reviewed individually.
No Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided after a consultation has been completed in full. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
Refund Process
To request a refund or cancellation:

- Provide the reason for your cancellation or refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Package Services
For premium or multi-session packages, the following terms apply:
- Unused sessions may be refunded at a prorated rate
- Package services must be used within 12 months of purchase
- Packages are non-transferable to other individuals
